We drilled several borings adjacent to a residence that had experienced up to 8 inches of differential settlement.

We determined the likely causes of the settlement and provided geotechnical recommendations related to foundation re-support and lateral anchoring into a hillside.

Mitigation included pipe piles, helical anchors, push piers, and new foundation elements.
